Purchase Process

The following is an outline of our purchase process.

  1. Once you select a building to purchase, please contact the Colliers International marketing team. A Letter of Intent will be prepared and delivered to you for review and execution. (See sample Letter of Intent below).

  2. Email Letter of Intent to: thacher.goodwin@colliers.com

  3. Upon mutual execution by Buyer and Seller of the Letter of Intent, a Purchase and Sale Agreement and Escrow Instructions will be submitted for your review and approval.

  4. An initial deposit of 5% of the purchase price will be required upon singing of the Purchase and Sale Agreement and Escrow documents.

  5. Upon mutual execution of Purchase and Sale Agreement you will have forty-five (45) days to perform your due diligence and obtain a financing commitment.

  6. Upon completion of the forty-five (45) day due diligence and financing periods, an additional deposit of 5% of the purchase price will be due for a total deposit of 10%, which will become non-refundable.

  7. Closing of the transaction shall be within fifteen (15) days from substantial completion of your building.
